Alice in Wonderland

Already There

There are times when it seems that it’s only through travel do I get to see something fresh and breath-taking.

Other times, like Alice, I just seem to fall into an adventure without expecting it.

My class went to Special Collections, and the Alice books saw a great deal of interest, particularly this detail from Sabuda’s version. Then, maybe because the sun finally emerged from its wintery distance, everything was amazing. From the MFA exhibits at the UICB

Everywhere I look, something invites one to pause and wonder at the subtle shift from prairie winter to prairie spring.
